• We give a quote after seeing the garment, or clear photos of it. A quote is valid for [confirm: number] days.
• The final price may change if the work needed differs from what the photos showed. We agree any change with you before we continue.

Payment and collection

If an alteration is not possible we tell you before we start, and you pay nothing for work we have not done.
