What we collect and why

• Order, booking and quote details (name, email, phone, address) so we can provide what you asked for.
• Photos you upload for alteration quotes. We use them only to give you a quote and carry out the work, and delete them [confirm: retention period] after the job ends.

Payments

Card payments are handled by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the services needed to run the shop: payment, email, couriers and web hosting.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by emailing chinycouture@gmail.com. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
